My name is Sarah Lee Welch and I am the proud owner of Sarah Lee Welch Photography LLC. I am 29 years old and happily married to Dominic the man of my dreams. We have a beautiful daughter, Violet and two furry creatures, Chewy and Slinky. I have a vivacious personality, a God-given talent, and the unique opportunity to do what I love every day!

Sarah Lee Welch Photography LLC was established in 2004. I began my career by shooting nature and families; then expanded into weddings and engagements. Through vast research, practice, and a desire for perfection, I have successfully become one of the best photographers in Northern Colorado, winning Best Wedding Photographer in Loveland for 2008, 2009, 2010, 2011 and 2012!

Weddings, engagements, and rock-the-dress sessions have become my specialty, as well as my passion! We also offer high school senior portraits, family portraits, maternity portraits, and much more. We strive to mix both traditional portraiture and creative photojournalism to meet your distinct photographic needs. Ann-Beth and Eli’s Gorgeous Mountain Wedding {Colorado Wedding Photographer}

Remember that weekend last July when it monsooned?? Well we had 2 weddings that weekend and let me just say they were a little wet! Fortunately Ann-Beth and Eli managed to get a dry spell for their ceremony and were still able to have it in the beautiful meadow at Wild Basin Lodge. The sweetest moment of the entire day I thought was when it started to sprinkle during the ceremony and Eli held an umbrella up for Ann-Beth, how sweet is that?!? Man I’m such a sap!Must be why I love weddings so much!!

Emily and Sean’s Winter Rock the Dress {Colorado Wedding Photographer}

Emily and Sean are one of my cutest couples! I just love working with these two because they are so in love, full of life and of course gorgeous! For their Rock the Dress session (after their wedding of course) we decided to venture out into Colorado’s beautiful winter wonderland. I must say it was absolutely FREEZING but we still got some amazing shots!! Emily did so well you can’t even tell she was near shivering, a for effort girl!

We shot this session at one of my favorite locations, Lily Lake in Estes Park. I love this location because of the views. You have Long’s Peak, gorgeous mountains, a picturesque lake, beautiful fields and rustic fencing and bridges. It is a bit of a drive but always worth it!
