What I love most about each wedding I photograph is all the LOVE! With Sammie and Joel you know just by looking at them that they are completely in love! And they both have big families that love them as well as a ton of friends! It makes me very happy to see a couple so very blessed to have found one another and the oppurtunity to share life together! With God at the head of their lives I know that they will be one of those couples that you think “Hey that’s what I want!”

Here’s a few of my favs:)

Sammie’s dress and accessories were just gorgeous!! I love the mermaid style dresses!

The girls had a ball getting ready!

The prayers before the ceremony were so special even I was tearing up!

This was a NO Flash ceremony, thank goodness I can shoot in ANY kind of light!

Finally! The moment they’ve been waiting for!

Huge family!! For church ceremonies I HIGHLY recommend that we move to a separate location for the formal portraits! Although churches are yes very beautiful and a sacred place to be there is always lots of distractions. 

Sammie and Joel took my advice:) After the ceremony we headed over to Namaqua Park to finish off the formal portraits before heading to their reception. Aren’t they just adorable!?!?

Sammie and Joel had their reception at the beautiful Garden Room in Loveland! This place is a bit hard to find but totally worth it when you do!

Sparklers are super fun and pretty but they can be dangerous! Pleae be careful, check and make sure it is ok with your venue and please tell your photographer you are doing this!

I LOVE Boudoir sessions! First because they are so much fun and second because they make you feel awesome!! Oh and of course they make great gifts to your one and only!

For Miss V’s session we went to the Fountains of Loveland Hotel and used their Bridal Suite (thanks ladies! ). I love this location because the light is fantastic! Each and every one of these images were shot with 100% natural light!

To start off Alyssa’s Senior Portraits we arrived at Namaqua Park to find it a bit more packed than normal but not a big deal we can easily work around a few people. Had a blast there with daisys and many outfits, then we moved onto the Old Fairgrounds in Loveland and oh my there was like thousands of people there!! My first thought was oh boy how are we going to be able to avoid this many people!?!? But we managed and got some awesome shots!

Here are four of the cutest grandkids ever! Linda (their grandma) commissioned me to do a session with her grandchildren. She was adament on having no posed shots, strictly candid, which I normally do a bit of both, so needless to say when I did try to pose these kiddos they didn’t like it much! But I sure got some cute expressions out of them! Doing a session of this nature was sooo much fun and it was a great learning experience too! I can’t wait for my next set of kiddos!

Poor thing, the day before she fell and hit her knose so bad she had to go to the ER! Luckily she is obviously ok and I was able to clean her scuffs:)
